What is the domain and range of the quadratic equation y = (x – 5)^2 + 10?

    Domain: x can be any real number Range: think about what values y can take on over the range of x. First look at the min or max of y. Since the first term is a square, it is always non-negative. Therefore y will always be greater than or equal to 10; the range is y >= 10.
