Who was the Parthenon made for?

    It was made and dedicated to Athena, the Greek God. It housed the "Athena Parthenos," which was a massive sculpture of her.

    If you're from the States, you can go to Nashville, TN where they have a full-scale replica of the Parthenon. You can walk in a take a tour and even see Athena herself.
