    first lets look at the symbol. it is dotted because you don't have an equal sign.

    next let us look at the slope. take the 3x to the other side of the equal sign and make it negative and then divide by two

    your slope will be -3/2

    since you divided the 4 by 2 your y intercept will be 2.

    then choose a point on one side or the other and determine if the equation is true. If true shade it if not shade the other side.
