So, to find the common edge in the middle; \[Sin(30)=y/12\] \[y=12Sin(30)=11.85\] So, using that value, we can use sine again: \[Sin(45)=11.85/x\] \[11.85/Sin(45)=13.93\] ...Pretty shocked that I managed to pull that off, me and trig stuff never clicked and I haven't done any of it in MONTHS...so double check me, but it seems to make sense.
