The area of a right triangle is 4. The sum of the lengths of the two sides adjacent to the right angle of the triangle is 9. What is the length of the hypotenuse of the triangle.

    I think what you found was \(c^2=65\) - you now need to take its square root.

    the hypotenuse cannot be a negative number. so the answer should be:\[c^2=65\]therefore:\[c=\sqrt{65}\approx8.06\]
