HELP ME!!(am i just stupid,this seems so simple & i dont even know the formula, etc)The length of a rectangle is three inches longer than four times the width. If the perimeter is 116 inches, what is the length and the width of a rectangle?

    oh oops, you wrote you didn't... So a rectangle with sides of length a,b,c,d is like this: |dw:1326941917316:dw|

    but sides a and c are the same length, as are b and d. right?
