A regular hexagon and a regular octagon share a side, as shown in the image below. What is the measure of x, the angle between a side of the hexagon and a side of the octagon?

    1 interior angle of a hexagon = 4 * 180 / 6 = 120 1 interior angle of an octagon = 6 * 180 / 8 = 135 120 + 135 = 255 360 - 255 = 105
