    The methods are partial integration trig subsitution, u subsitution and by parts

    To answer the first part of the question, no. That function does not have what we would call an elementary antiderivative, which is to say it cannot be expressed as a combination of trigonometric, hyperbolic, logarithmic, exponential, and polynomial functions.

    For the rest, you should consider exactly what those numerical techniques are and how their errors come about.
