    Just add them and then just subtract them.

    To graph the equations, you need a graph paper. Then, you got to use one equation at a time to graph them. To graph an equation, it is best to find the x and y intercepts of it and the draw a line through them. The solution of the two equations will be where the two lines meet on the graph (a single point if there is a solution).
