The endpoints of line AB are A(2,1) and B(4,3).Find the coordinates of a point C other than the midpoint of line AB that is on the perpendicular bisector of line AB. How do you know it is on the perpendicular bisector???

Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0Midpoint is (1,1) Slope is 2/3 so slope of perpendicular bisector is 3/2

Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0So take the midpoint ((1,1) and go up 3 and right 2 from that point to (3,2) and that is another point on the perpendicular bisector.
