    You mean a plane mirror, that consists of a reflective surface covered in a protective layer of glass? Yes.

    so why ppl say glass prism periscope is better than mirror periscope?

    The reflective metallic surface of a mirror can become corroded which destroys the image. Additionally, there is some reflection off of the transparent surface: |dw:1327035884298:dw| which produces faint multiple images.
