Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0(3)^2 (3)^0 by the way, negative exponent means "inverse" so (3)^2 really means inverse of (3)^2 or 1/(3)^2

Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0It's the symbology that indicates that something is being raised to a certain power. For example, 2^3 means 2 raised to the third 3rd power. The 2 is the base, the three is the exponent.
