Can someone give me the steps on how to calculate the angle of inclination?

    Take the inverse tangent of the slope e.g. arctan(rise/run).

    it's the angle your line of sight to, say, a star makes with your line of sight to the horizon

    . . ....... you cannot be so general. it depends also on the angle, in cases you might want a different reference point.

    What information do you have? e.g. the equation for a line, two points on a line, sides of a triangle
