Emily plans to use the quadratic formula, while Juan is considering using the graphing method to find exact solutions of 3x2 – 8x = 20. Using complete sentences, explain who has chosen the better method and why

    I would personally use the quadratic formula because it is ALWAYS reliable and consistent for any type of quadratic equation. In this particular case, the vertex and roots are not obvious to be able to graph the equation (at least to me). So, I won't use the graphing method.
