It appears that the three sides are equal or equilateral, BUT there is no indications of equal sides so this would only be speculation. if it was marked likedw:1327205449767:dw then we could say for sure.

Well the problem states that the sides would be marked if they were congruent (equal) and they are not marked. So I guess it is not equilateral or isosceles.
