in 1) H2Te(down the group basicity increases) 2) i m nt sure in this had confusion in H2SeO4 and H2SeO3 3)H2Se (reason all halongens are acidic means cl and br while HNO3 i also acidic u can apply down the group basicity increases)

small pH number = stronger acid/weaker base if i recall correctly how to apply that here i dont know :)
