    End product for DNA replication is a new DNA strand End product for transcription is mRNA (messenger RNA)

    your body is always undergoing mitosis, which cells divide to replace those dead cells so the daughter cell needs to have identical DNA to function properly that's why DNA replication and transcription are important because they are copying the identical DNA to the new cells
