Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0It should be subtract. Anyway, once you multiply by 5, it will be clear whether to add or subtract to eliminate x. At least I hope.

Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.1\[10x+15y=25\] \[10x+10y=30\] 0x+25y=5 25y=5 now divide by 25 on both sides then reduce the fraction then plug into one of the equations given and solve for x
