hey guys, pls help out: a small piece of tissue section is mounted on a glass slide (1-2mm in thickness) with a cover slip (1.5) on the surface. The mounted medium has a refractive index of approximately 1.51. A tungsten-Halogen light source and objective lens with numerical aperture (NA) of 0.4 are used. the focal length of the objective lens is 10mm and the focal length of the tube lens is 200m. What is the optical resolution?
