Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.1Yes, just look to see if any values are the same. If they are which ones? If the y values are the same, then there is no slope because the line is horizontal. and y will equal the value of the y coordinates. If the two x coordinates are the same then you have a vertical line which means undefined slope and x equal the value of the x coordinates that are the same. If no none of the coordinates are the same, then use the slope formula as usual.

Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0y=4 is the usual way to write it; y = 0x + 4 would be someting akin to slope intercept i spose

Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.1It's disappointing for me when I explain and a student doesn't get it. Then someone else comes along and says one thing, then you get it.
