I'm not really clear on how they get any of these solutions, could someone help me with a solution?

    I'm just not understanding how they x gets in the solution when everything in the charts doesn't have one.

    It's asking for the 4 values of f(x) given, what function fits them?

    If you plug in values for x, do you get the correct value for f(x) in the chart? That is when you use your choice..
