$\sqrt10 (4-\sqrt5)+\sqrt8(\sqrt5+2)$ Is this your equation?

assuming it is, you get: $4\sqrt10-\sqrt50+\sqrt40+2\sqrt8$then,$4\sqrt10-5\sqrt2+2\sqrt10+4\sqrt2$this gives,$6\sqrt10-\sqrt2$
