A construction truck collides with the back of a subcompact car. Which vehicle has the larger change in momentum during the collision?

    This question was asked a few weeks ago. It is hard to say without more detail. We know that momentum is always conserved during a collision. Therefore, \[p_t + p_c = p'_t + p'_c\]where the ' indicates momentum after collision. If we had some velocity and mass data we could easily determine this.
