Your at the plastic surgeons office planing on having your breast enlarged. Your breast bone is 3.5 inches down. You are trying to figure out a way to increase the size of you breast without affecting where your sternum is. If your sterum bone is located at 60 degree angle of elevation, where would the incision need to be made?

    |dw:1327609587062:dw|\[3.5=r\sin60\to r=\frac{3.5}{\sin60}\approx4.04\]\[x=4.04\cos60\approx2.02\]they sure never gave me a problem like this when I was in trig.
