    If the drawing shows what I think it does, and that is that the angles are same, then the two lines are parallel.

    Well, a single line like JT can make equal angles with two intersecting lines only if they are parallel. If they are not parallel, the angles of intersection would be different.

    If two lines are cut by a transversal so that corresponding angles are congruent, the lines are parallel.
