    Charles's Law describes the relationship between volume and temperature of a gas at constant pressure. It says, "At constant pressure, the volume of a given mass of an ideal gas increases or decreases by the same factor as its temperature on the absolute temperature scale (i.e. the gas expands as the temperature increases)." This can be expressed mathematically as \[T ~\alpha~ V\]or\[{V_1 \over T_1} = {V_2 \over T_2}\]
