    The distance between successive sides is \( \sqrt{(2^2+3^2)}=\sqrt{13} \), and the area is 13. What does that tell you?

    JK = KL =LM =MJ = square root of 13. The quadrilateral is equilateral and from the given options is a square of side square root of 13.
