Epigrams are satirical poems that typically end with a retort or humorous switch-up. In your case, you are to write a epigram in couplet form: Two lines that share the same meter (syllable count) and have an end rhyme, where the last word of each line rhymes. Here is a quick example on the subject of cookiing: I tried to create an elaborate soufflé, Instead, my family went to Old Country Buffet. Your epigram on friendship shouldn't make fun of friendship, but point out the value of of it while making a joke about the nature of friendship.
