It is incomplete because one step of measuring the side lengths of triangle GHN was not included. All the steps are correct because segments in triangle APQ are congruent to the segments in triangle GHN. All the steps are incorrect because none of the segments in triangle APQ is congruent to segments in triangle GHN.
