when they popup or better would be to say when they should popup

ash432 has same problem but he's not posting here so I will do instead of him
He also changed browser to IE (not very good idea) and notifications works for him. But it's not necessarily just browser's problem because I didn't change browser and it works today
This is a problem that we're investigating. It's actually a pretty puzzling backend issue. The way to fix it for now is logging out and logging in. It's intermittent so hopefully you don't have this problem a lot, but we're working to track it down.
