Get a lawyer, especially if there is money involved. Read everything twice at least and the fine print with a fine-tooth comb. For further advice, what is the nature of the contract? Employment, commercial, realestate etc??

The company is about to got bankrupcy, but she has a contract to supply brushes for at least 5 years. This contract is renewable and it is about US$200.000 of brush supply every month. So we are trhying to reach a value of this contract so we can sell it to one of his competitors
