Total no. of letters 4! no. of times A repeated 2! no.o times B repeated 2! so 4!/(2!*2!)= 24/4=6

well I would have said 24 ways..... 4 choices for the 1st position, 3 choices for the 2nd , 2 choices for the 3rd position and only 1 choice for the 4th postion... 4 x 3 x 2 x 1 =24
