    Use ratios of gas densities to estimate molecular mass and determine molecular formulas. Can some one explain this to me or give me an example?

    In what context is the original question being asked? Were you never given a sample problem of some sort?

    It's briefly talked about in the text and at the end of the chapter it says I should understand this concept
