well, from the last question, we know that a theory EXPLAINS. it's also important to know that theories don't become laws. so which ones can you rule out now?

if you had to choose just one, i'd go with C becuase "scientific support" seems more credible as "evidence" than observation. but again, i think D is a pretty good answer (tell your teacher. he/she will be impressed with you :-)
