    first of all let's find factors of 27 27=3*3*3 so we have 27=3^2*3

    so if we have \[\sqrt {27}\] now writing 27 as 3^2*3 so \[\sqrt{3^2*3}\] now we have square root , so 3^2 can come out as 3 so we get \[3*\sqrt 3\]
