    we have \[10*\frac{\sqrt 2}{\sqrt 5}\] let's take the 10 inside \[\sqrt{\frac{10*10*2}{5}}\] \[\sqrt{\frac{200}{5}}\] now 200/5=40 so we have \[\sqrt{40}\] \[\sqrt{5*2*2*2}\] let's take 2*2 outside so we have \[2\sqrt{10}\] option B
