Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0if the line of the given points are perpinduclar, then the slope will be the opposite recibrical. what you have to do next is simply use 1/4, and points 3,3 and plug it into y=mx+b what you have is 3=1/4*3+b. then you solve for b, which is simple algebra. after that, you just plug it all into y=mx+b and get y=1/4x+9/4
