    equation for such a parabola is: y =( -1/20)x^2 + 5 where vertex at (0,5) and endpoints at (+-10,0) 4 away from endpoints is at x = +-6 y = (-1/20)(6^2) +5 y = -36/20 + 5 y = 64/20 y = 16/5
