intercept with x axis: solve x^3-12x^2+32x=0 intercept with y axis: plug in x=0

so intercept point on y-axis are (0,0),(8,0) and (4,0) and when you plug in x=0 you get y=0 so that is an intecept point on x axis (the origin)

first x was factored out of the three terms since that is the GCF second the trinomial was factored look at your last term 32 what two numbers can you multiply to get 32 but when you add give you 12 (8)(4) = 32 8+4=12
