well you have to know basic limit of tanx/x=1, I used it, and after that I got 4x/9x=4/9

so tanx/x is the same as sinx/x as far as basic limits????

yes you can use it as a basic limit, if someone asks you to prove it you can always write it as (sinx/xcosx), so when x goes to zero, cos x goes to 1, and you stay with sinx/x which is 1 :D
