Help Please! - Choose a polyhedron (it can be any polyhedron, picture) - Sketch the net of the polyhedron. (What would that be?) - Identify parts of the polyhedron. (faces, vertices, edges, what is their relationship to the two-dimensional base polygon?) - Do the above to a different polyhedron - Test out Euler’s formula on both polyhedral: - Did Euler's formula work? Why or why not? - What other relationships did you find between your two polyhedra? - Which do you prefer: looking at a polyhedron as a net or as a 3-D object? Why do you prefer this?
