    (3-p)^2 -2p =9-6p+p^2 -2p =9-8p+p^2 = p^2 -8p +9 =(p-(4-sqrt7))(p-(4+sqrt7)) p_1,2=(8+/- sqrt(64-36))/2 =(8+/- sqrt28)/2 =(8+/- 2sqrt7)/2 = =4+/- sqrt7 p^2 -8p +9 =(p-(4-sqrt7))(p-(4+sqrt7))
