Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0it is basically drawing vertical lines all over your graph...if one vertical line intersects two points of your graph, then the graph is not a function....i do not know the purpose of the horizontal line test, however.

Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0In essence, if you find two values of Y (function) for same value of X, then the function is not uniquely defined.
