does dragonfruit really give a red tint to the urine?

    Well if the dye in the fruit is water soluble and we dont have enzymes to break it down and remove the colour product it will tint the urine like beetroot. entirely depends how it is metabolised and excreted

    I dont know, if you know the chemical name of the coloured part i can look it up and find out that way
