Looking at the given points we see that when the ordered pair (0, 1) which shows that when x=0 y=1 Thus our y intercept is 1. We're given that the slope is two so using the equation \[y = mx + b\] Where m is the slope and b is the y intercept the resulting equation is \[y = 2x + 1\]
