They seem to be two similar triangles , hence their corresponding sides will be in the same ratio. Hence \[\frac{IJ}{IG}=\frac{IK}{IH}\] \[ \frac{9}{IG}=\frac{12}{32}\] We get \[IG= 32\times \frac{9}{12}=24\]
