How could a substance that stops the synthesis of mRNA cause the liver to stop functioning (the death of liver cells)?

    Nice question Proteins get damaged. So in every cell their is mechanism to relpace those protein with new proteins. No mRNA = No new protein production. So cell can carry out function and ultemately leading to death. we call it as maintainace
