A large totem pole in the state of Washington is 100 ft tall. At a particular time of day, the totem pole casts a 249-ft-long shadow. Find the measure of angle A (which is not the angle formed by the ground and the totem pole OR the angle formed by the totem pole and the begening of it's shadow) to the nearest degree.
