It can be used for cheating... but thats why most people explain the whole answer. Most people dont just say 1+2 is 3, they say why 1+2 is 3, and how to solve the problem.

I mean, yes, we would love it if you helped spread knowledge about OpenStudy :p That said, we neither condone nor encourage cheating, and we're getting ready to be a lot more firm about giving quality help instead of just answers.
well i guess if you copied and pasted your test questions it would be cheating but if you do it just for help, it would be ok.
