    15m is to 4m as 6.3 is to x. 15m/ 4m = 6.3 /x 15/4 = 6.3 / x

    This yields 1.68 so something is not right. Anybody see the mistake?

    4m = 4 * 63/15= 4*21/5=84/5=16.8 A option is correct one.
